Malasana Two Ways (30)

The malasana (yogi squat) most of us are most familiar with is not the traditional malasana. What?! I was surprised to learn this and wanted to create a class to practice both the western version we know AND the traditional malasana pose. The yogi squat that we know is actually Upavesasana; while malasana is practiced with the feet together. This class will explore both, which gets into our hips and ankle in a little different way.
